This Privacy Policy explains how LacrosseAI (“LacrosseAI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application and related services.

2. Information We Collect

• Device Information: We use your device’s unique identifier (Device ID) to create and manage your profile. We do not require account registration or email address.
• User Content: Videos you upload for AI coaching analysis.
• Profile Data: Information you provide during onboarding such as name, position, game type, training goals, and skill level.
• Usage Data: App interactions, drill completions, feature usage, and crash reports.
• Device Data: Device type, operating system version, app version.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your personalized training profile,
• Provide AI-powered video coaching analysis,
• Generate personalized drill recommendations,
• Track your training progress and streaks,
• Improve our Services,
• Ensure security and prevent abuse.

4. AI Video Analysis and Third-Party Data Sharing

To provide our core AI coaching feature (Coach Cam), we partner with fal.ai, a third-party AI video analysis provider.

When you upload a video for analysis:

• Your video is securely transmitted to fal.ai strictly for the purpose of generating your coaching feedback.
• Videos are automatically deleted from our storage within 24 hours after analysis is complete.
• fal.ai does not use your video content to train public AI models or for advertising purposes.
• Your video data is processed securely and temporarily.

We obtain your permission within the app before any video is uploaded or processed.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your profile and training data are stored securely on Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption.
• Videos uploaded for analysis are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours.
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

• Profile and training data is retained until you delete your account or request deletion.
• Video content is automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload.
• Completed drill history and analysis scores are retained to provide progress tracking features.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• fal.ai (AI video analysis provider, as detailed in Section 4),
• Supabase (cloud database and storage infrastructure),
• RevenueCat (subscription and payment management),
• Apple App Store (payment processing),
• Legal authorities if required by law.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

LacrosseAI offers optional paid subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information directly.

9. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications to inform you when your AI video analysis is complete. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings at any time.

10. Children’s Privacy

LacrosseAI is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you,
• Request deletion of your data,
• Request correction of inaccurate data,
• Withdraw consent where applicable.
